Which is Your Most Treasured T-Shirt?

It’s time for another pattern comparison! First we looked at the different Waves & Wild children’s sweatshirt patterns, following that it was all about the various children’s dungarees patterns, then we focused on the selection of children’s jogger patterns (or patterns with jogger-like options), then we compared all the dress patterns. and finally it was the warm weather favourites the shorts. Now we’re going to look at t-shirts!

There are currently eight t-shirt patterns across the children and adult collections. They all have different styles from snap necklines to curved hems…and more. T-shirts are a fantastic wardrobe staple; you can wear them on their own, under dungarees, or layer-up with sweatshirts or coats. They are also great for beginners as a basic tee has very few pieces and construction steps. In the chart below you’ll find a quick and easy comparison between all the t-shirt patterns (child and adult all in one chart) including sleeve length, neckline options, extra features, ideal fabric and the fit.

Have you decided which is your most treasured t-shirt pattern? The Eclipse with its self-lining hood or its sister pattern the Emi with the super quick all-in-one sleeve option? Maybe the raglan sleeve Explorer or the v-neck Jacky V? Or perhaps the smaller child t-shirts are best for you like the free Lunar or the Pick and Mix with the bodysuit and sleep shirt options.

When it comes to adult t-shirt patterns it might not seem like there’s a big choice. However, each one has some great options. In the ladies’ Cuppa Tee you might go for the classic crew neck which looks awesome under a pair of Heyday Dungarees or the super-flattering curved hem. And in the men’s Longboard T-Shirt you could pick the funky retro rolled sleeve or one of the extra length options if your wearer prefers a little more length in their t-shirt.

Whichever features make up your ideal tee, Waves & Wild have got you covered.
