Which are Your Ideal Joggers?

It’s time for another pattern comparison blog post. First we looked at the different Waves & Wild children’s sweatshirt patterns, then it was all about the various children’s dungarees patterns, and now we’re going to compare a wardrobe essential…joggers!

There are currently five children’s joggers patterns (or patterns with jogger-like options) and they all have different features from fit to pocket options…and more.
One of the very earliest clothing pattern releases was the Harem Pants; a super quick make with a few options like faux pockets and knee patches. Perfect for beginners or any level of maker who wanted to whip up some wardrobe staples. Since then the selection has grown and so have the different options available with all the different jogger patterns. In the chart below you’ll find a quick and easy comparison between all the children’s jogger patterns including leg length, cuffs and band options, pocket styles, extra features, ideal fabric and the fit.

Which are your ideal joggers? The Double Troubles with their stylish diagonal colour-block or the Four Seasons with four different leg lengths to choose from? Perhaps the classic Harem Pants are your favourite or the modern twist High Kick Harem Joggers with their ever-popular through-pocket. Or maybe the simple, relaxed fit Lightning Leggings will become your go-to pattern.

Whichever features make up your ideal joggers, you’re bound to find at least one option at Waves & Wild.
