Description
The Victory Dolman T-Shirt is the perfect beginner t-shirt or quick sew pattern. Choose between two lengths, two necklines and three sleeve options.
Why is it called Victory? It is designed to be the perfect first stretch pattern, and once completed you will feel victorious!
The pattern is based on our female/curve fit measurement chart and goes from XXS – 7XL. There is a coordinating pattern that uses our male/straight fit measurement chart.
Light to medium weight knit/stretch fabrics such as cotton/Lycra jersey are perfect for this pattern. The Victory Dolman T-Shirt has a comfortable fit, similar to the Cuppa Tee. If you prefer a closer fit, you need the Stephanotis.

This is only the second knit garment I have made (on a sewing machine – i don’t have a serger). I made the lower neckline version and risked using the french terry for the neck binding, even though the instructions called for a rib. It lies nice and flat, so I’m very happy. I shortened the sleeves a bit so that they lie on my wrist bones. Over all, a very simple quick pattern. I plan to make more using sweaterknits.
