The Zip Zap is a warm and cosy coverall (onesie) perfect for kids of all ages! It can be lined or unlined. You can add a zip guard or zip facing. An overlocker/serger will create the neatest finish but all options can be made using a regular sewing machine. It is an intermediate level pattern but there are guidelines for advanced beginners looking to attempt their first zip.
The pattern goes from 0-3m right up to Age 12.
The pattern is designed for mid-weight knit (stretch) fabrics such as french terry, sweatshirt fleece etc.
This listing is for 4 downloadable PDF files: Instructions, a print-at-home pattern, a copy shop pattern and a projector pattern. The print-at-home pattern can be printed on A4/legal/letter sized paper. The copy shop file can be taken to professional printer to print onto large sheets of paper. The projector file can be used to project the pattern straight onto your fabric.
For more photos, inspiration and assistance you are very welcome to join the Waves & Wild Facebook Group. The measurement charts for all W&W patterns can be found here.
The pattern is created in layers meaning you can print just the layers (sizes) you need.
This is an instant download PDF, not a finished item. Due to the digital nature of PDF patterns, no refund can be given if purchased in error.
